Motel Rates 2010
Our Motel rooms are year round. Most have individually screened-in porches overlooking Winnisquam Lake and the surrounding mountains. They are air conditioned with cable TV, telephones, daily maid service (with a fee) and some with optional kitchenettes and coffee makers. We have rooms with one double bed, two double beds or one king size bed. Rooms with one double or one king size bed are also equipped with a sofa bed in the room.

Cottage Rates 2010 Certain cottages are now available all year round. All cottages are either directly on the water or have lake views. All are cozy and comfortable, many have screened porches, and a few have their own fireplace. All offer a full kitchen and color cable television. |

• Additional adults are $25 per night (except special events).
• Additional children (ages 7-16) $15 extra per night depending on season.
• Dock Rentals $25 per day and $170 per week. If Available.
